Last weekend my family got together for Mikes birthday.. Happy 40th Michael!

I love spending time with family! My sisters are truly my best friends. I love and adore each of them. I love that we always make time for each other.. getting together as often as we can.

I can't stop laughing....
I was going to get Izzy from school and I saw this huge package on my porch.. hmm.. so I went and opened it and to my surprize there were the most beautiful pair of MOON BOOTS I have ever seen! The package was unmark.. only said it was from New Jersey...??? So to whom ever sent me these lovely, bright pink boots I say THANK YOU! I love them and I'll never take them off... never.. I'll try and get a picture of them on here...

fun weekend-- "lets be honest"

This past weekend Chad, Wendy & Ethan came to visit us. We had a such a fun time, hanging out, laughing, doing the robot. We love you guys! Here are a few pictures of us at the Dinosaur Museum.

What were you doing 10 years ago (Feb 1998): I was on my mission, 1st area.. out in the backwoods of Georgia. Probably lost somewhere talking to some hillbillies. (happiness)

5 things on my to-do list today: Lets see, I've got lots to do today because we're going to stay at my sisters for the weekend. Big family b-day party. 1) I've got to run to Costco, Target, bank blah blah blah, 2) pack, 3) pick up Isabel from school. 4) clean house 5) clean out our car. (exciting I know...)

Things I would do if I were a billionaire:1. hmm this is hard to say because you never know what you would really do. I would like to say that I would be responsible with it. That I would give to all kinds of charities, build libraries and schools all around the world. I would also like to travel, buy a bigger house and get a nice camera.

3 of my bad habits:1. talking too much, not listening enough 2. not having enough patience with my kids 3. wasting time... watching Oprah, blogging, shopping

5 things people don't know about me: 1. I don't sleep at night.. it's not my kids that keep me up, they have all been great sleepers from the start. I just can't keep my mind from running 100 miles an hour. 2. hmmm I might be going blind.. just kidding I hope. I found out around Christmas that I have a virus in my eyes that I'm always going to have.. for the rest of my life, it's called Keratitis.. so I can't wear contact anymore.. I got online the other day and scared myself to death.. I was reading a bunch of medical journals and it said Keratitis is the number one cause of corneal blindness.. hmm so I guess I shouldn't be complaining about my glasses and just be happy that I can see for now. 3. like Katie I'm scared of the dark.. I have a nightlight in almost every outlet in our house.. 4. I'm content with life and I cherish all the relationships I have- family, friends, neighbors.. I feel really really blessed. 5. I'm awful at English, you've probably figured that out on your own by now.. I can't make a complete sentence... hopefully you can make sense of some of this...

I love vintage valentines... I already got what I wanted for valentines this year... a box of See's california brittles (THANKS Kathy and Tim) I'll try not to eat the whole box.

getting crafty

Winter this year is killing me... I don't know why I have such cabin fever.. I want to get out and see the SUN.. but knowing Utah winters that won't happen for another 2 months. (ahhh) But on a postive note.. I have been able to get some projects done around the house which has been nice. I also learned how to knit (thanks Cameron) and have also been crocheting... here is my latest blanket...

Did anyone watch Oprah on Thursday? ( I love Oprah!!!) anyway the whole show was about the law of attraction and bringing postive things into our lives by thinking postive thoughts... They talked about making a vision board of what you want to come into your life... I love the idea of this... who knows if it truly works but I'm willing to test it out...
